ok, I skipped 2 grades and I would like to get a scholarship if at all possible, whether it be in athletics or academics. I want to know if colleges can look at one's age, and are allowed to refuse them because of their age. it may sound ridiculous, but is it possible that colleges could say, "well, they're too young to enter college and can't enter the real world yet, so we definitely can't accept someone like that." HELP!! my expert witness has dissapeard in my court case?

3 years ago my aunt who is a diabetic was incarcerated (it was only supposed to be for 10 days) well the whole time she was there she kept asking for her insulin she told a guard "I am already blind in one eye, I dont want to lose the other" well she had to sighn a medical release form 3 times they still never gave it to her. Well on the 7th day not having any She asked them again and after dinner they called her up to the front at 11 at night and gave her her medicene well a couple hours later she came back and asked how much medicene they gave her and she thinks it was way too much. well long story short it made her go into a diabetic coma and she died for a short time but they were able to revive her. Well she filed a law suit against the jail and some of the staff members. The case goes up for trial in 3 months and now the doctor who is the expert witness has dissapeard and they cannot find him. and her lawyers say that she should settle for 18,000 when before the doc went missing she was going to get 1,000,000. She died! and they want to drop it bec they cant find the expert witness! What can we do??? please hurry and respnd PLEASE!!! It is a clear violation of civil rights and I want her to get what she is owed

Back to back labour..... is it really painfull?

Hi i was just on google finding out what anterior placenta was. It just means that my placenta is on the front of my bump. While i was researching i found that with the position of my placenta the baby usually lies back to back for the birth position i read that a couple of women said that horrific is not a word that comes close to the pain. So now this has scared the hell out of me. I had a great birth with my first it was only 10hrs long and i didn't tear so now i'm worried that this one will take ages to give birth to and the pain is going to be really bad. My problem is i don't think an epidural will work as i had one with my first and i had a break through and then it just stopped working so if the pain is really bad i'm going to have to suffer it. I would love to know from anyone who has had a back to back birth and how it went. Thanx to all.x

From what I know, a precipitate forms when there is a change in solubility. If you added NaCl to water, then immersed this solution in AgNO3, then you do not necessarily have to get NaCl back. Mike Wallace, no question. Mason hasn't been that amazing, he's relied solely on touchdowns, and since he's only the 3rd best end zone target for the Ravens offense (behind Anquan Boldin & Todd Heap), it seems unlikely that the streak will keep going. He does have 3 TDs in his past 4 starts, but in that span, he's averaged barely over 50 yards receiving per game, that's pretty average if you ask me. Why do movies first start out as an R then do a PG-13?

I know that horror films first start out as an R. But then the directors spend like 10 times editing the language and cut out anything bloody or gory to make it PG-13. Smelly and lost ! Hmm...?

I'm young (29) and my fiance is young, as well (22). We are engaged, have a daughter, live together, etc. For the last couple of months, fiance has not been interested in . Anyhow, he then goes on to tell me that it has happened two or three more times (the odor). My dilemma is: I feel that he is lying. If I have morning breath; he'll tell me. If I need to go wax my upper lip; he'll tell me to go shave my "mustache" off... he has no problem being upfront with me; as I have no problem doing the same for him. He said that the smell wasn't fishy; just smelled like sweat! Does a male lose an off of sweat?! Someone please give me some insight. I take regular showers, so before I say he's cheating... Help with Conversion to Judaism?

Desperate help needed. A few months ago I converted to Orthodox Judaism before I married my wife. The local rabbi turned me away 3 times, but I kept going back because I thought that's what I wanted. I went through the process even being bathed in the Mikveh. I have since done a lot of soul searching and have determined that this is not for me. I have made a lot of new friends at temple, but I find the whole culture to be very anti-Jesus. My family is Christian and this is where my faith lies. My wife and I agreed to respect each other's faiths. I am now attempting to have the conversion nullified, but the rabbi is now conveniently claiming that there is nothing he can do (how rightous of him). He actually told me to just forget the conversion and go back to Church. The problem is that my church will not accept me back until the conversion is nullified. The are asking for a nullification doent. Please help. My understanding is that I will still be considered Jewish on paper, and I absolutely do not want this. The synagogue won't do anything to help me. What can I do? I am considering legal action or possibly traveling to Israel is necessary. I know I can just stop practicing, that's obvious. My issue is that I do not want to be considered Jewish on paper. Right now, the synagogue has doents saying I am Jewish. I want them nullified.

What Snowboard is right for me?

when i started snowboarding i did not have a lot of money so i had to buy a cheap board but after i got some cash i upgraded to the burton punch. Thats the board i still have several years later and its working just fine. Its good for almost all types of snowboarding as I can carve and do terrain parks. Ive also heard the burton Custom is a really good board. Make sure you dont cheap out on boots and bindings though. Bad boots can ruin snowboarding for you. Wear them around a bit before you actually go on the hill to break them in. Get good socks too

Are these pregnancy symptons?

I've tested neg so far. I've been pregnant before and the symptoms were very clear, i know every pregnancy is different, but I'm stumped. It's only been 9 dpo, I've been having lower stomach sharp pains (similar to my last pregnancy), my are a little sensitive ( i may be paranoid) but last time they swelled up like a balloon, and I've been having frequent trips to the bathroom (and not to pee, sorry for the details) instead of the typical constipation. Last time all the typical symptoms came pretty early. Has anyone else had these happen? I know I should just keeping waiting for a BFP, but we all know how much fun it is waiting.

Each of these symptoms alone is fine. However if a fever takes more than 2 days to break, they need help. Not to bring the fever down ( treating the symptom) but to help them get rid of whatever the actual problem is. Fevers exist to kill off viruses and infections. They are neccissary to get better, however, when they are coupled with lythargy like you are describing theres cause for concern. If she isn't holding down enough water, she will get dehydrated very quickly. I am very hesitant to medicate my children and really believe their bodies can fight off most things. But, there are times when you need the help of a good doctor and this sounds like one of them. Especially since you still are unsure of the cause. I hope she feels better soon.

I have noticed here on yahoo answers, that commenters range from the young and slightly uneducated in poetry to the cynical internet punks who have a sociopathic need to feed off of insulting people's poems. (and I suspect half of these are uneducated in poetry as well, though they put on a good show.) From being in some of the toughest workshops on the internet, such as the poetry free for all, and taking some cles, I have learned that the proper way to accept a critique is to thank the person and move on. And I whole heartedly agree with that sentiment, since a person taking their time to even read your work is something a writer should be greatful for, and any kind of critique is helpful. However, there are people who blatantly abuse this rule, and go around leaving overtly rude and immature comments which are often directly, and personaly insulting, for lack of a better word, on sites and forums such as this. I am about to write a book in which i will use an invented language and an invented script. One of the ideas of this script is to write the vowels above the consonants as diacritics. Recently i found out that J.R.R. Tolkien (the one who wrote the lord of the rings trilogy) already used this idea in his tengwar alphabet. Letters in my alphabet are very different than in his, the same is for the language, but the idea of writing vowels as diacritics is common. i cleran mine every few months and what i use when i run out of carpet cleaner is 1 part vinegar and parts water, and just put that in the chamber where you would put your cleaner..the vinegar smell with go away once it dries, and vinegar will also kil germs and micorbes and litle things like that that live in the carpet without bleaching the fabric, or leaving residues that might harm small animals or children..and when im done with the carpets, i turn all the fans on high and let as much air circulate as possible, and it will taka atleast 3-6 hours to dry all the way and yes..it will be dry to the touch when its done

I mean it may come out most of the time but it may be made with these ingredients to provide structure for the cake since it doesn't contain eggs. I discussed with my girlfriend how it bothers me that she doesn't want me to go to parties with her. We have only been dating for 2 months but she says she loves me and everything and she knows that I am worried about her cheating because she is drunk at a party. Scared to death of going bankrupt, what can I do, please?

Australia and New Zealand both have there fair share of gun crime and violent incidents, there is gang violence, car jackings and the like also however I grew up there and was never involved in anything like that, never witnessed anything more than the odd fight and never heard about anything local other than house and car robberies. Bear in mind that Aus is a big country with a small population so everyone has space, the weather is good and people are generally pretty happy. If you are thinking of going over, it was the best thing my parents ever did, you won't regret it. One last tip though, Koala's aren't Bears, they are not from that particular family.
