My Mother's 18 ft Olive tree is dying of "wilt". I need to find a mature replacement to purchase for her.

She lives in Southern CA (the San Fernando Valley), and I hear that some Olive trees may be for sale in the Bakersfield area. I need to know if the trees are delivered and the approx. cost. (Some are as much as 4500.00 ??)
