Why you have insurance to find out fraud. Your Insurance company may pay if she wants less then the amount required, if they are weak. Mine took the guy all the way to court and asked, where was an x ray? No substantiation only allegation. Also check court records and see if this person has a history of filing for false claims. Did one about a year ago background she had 32 cases filed in 36 years.
