LifeDrive PDA buying used on amazon question?

My question is if i by the life drive pda off amazon, will I be able to send a receive text and pic messages via bluetooth Verizon env orange? ny other comments about this pda are welcome, or if u no of a pda about 100-120$ available that can do all the same things as the life drive but better please let me know!!!!
