What are some good sughtions for hypnotized people?

well i have ben studing hypnosis and i need more sugustions and i arlety have a lot like ur stuck ur the oppisit ur body is fuzzy im not hypnotized then dance to music ur going to fall i cant talk im frozen in time. but i cant think of any more please help and dont put any i put at the top
