Diet questions for a 19 year old?

maybe i read it wrong but..... 2 meals a day is not good ..... especially someone your height and weight.... and dude you have to eat breakfastt .... if you dont eat enough you might lose weight but it will mostly be muscle that you lose and the weights you do in the gym will be pointless ...... what suggest is eating about 1800-2000 calories per day maximum and some cardio and you should lose that puppy fat in no time lol
