What does smoking a cigarette in a dream mean - I used to smoke but haven't for over 2 year.?

My son was murdered in 2005; I've been treated for depression and post-traumatic stress syndrome since then. I quite smoking over 2 years ago due to severe bronchitis. I had a dream last night about me smoking cigarettes and got scared and woke up & rebuked it in the name of Jesus. I was very upset. I know I've been praying and asking God to help me with my overeating and to give me the spiritual gift of self-discipline and self-control - I have to go forward, I can't go backward. What does this mean.
