On healthcare: Why can't we adhere to the 10th Amendment of the constitution and let this be a State issue?

The commerce clause of the US Constitution gives Congress the power to regulate interstate commerce. The Supreme Court ruled that the Tenth Amendment is nothing but a tautology.
