Did I give my husbands sister the right "response" to her nasty message?

1st I would just like to say congratulations on all your hard work losing the weight ! I do not know if there has been past history with you and your Husbands sister, not your sister in law =) but it sound like it just from your comments ! To me I think she is just jealous. You clearly are a hard working beautiful person with a loving husband and things going for you and ppl like her want to bring you down .. I think that your responds was the right one this time . But to be honest if she says rude hateful things to you again I would not stoop to her level to say another word to her ! Let her live her miserable life and you go one making something of yours!
