How popular is kickboxing in The Netherlands?

Big kickboxing fans from the states, and you guys really have some of the great kickboxers. I've heard from various sources and people that it is a fairly popular sport in your country. I'm uming that most of you don't kickbox, so I was wondering if I could get an average Dutch person's opinion. How popular is kickboxing in your country?
