Why is it ok?
who says it's not ok? I mean, hitler would NOT be my first choice to write about as say someone i admire or look up to, (like MLK) but I think he was definitely an ahem "interesting" person and i would like to know more about him. and also i think it is a culture thing. if a hispanic or african american is proud of their culture and wants to write or learn about another person of their race who was influential or makes them proud or whatever then it makes sense. As a white person i definetly admire and look up to people like MLK and stuff but i think it is easier for say, an african american to RELATE to him because they would know better and unfortunately may have experienced first hand what he had gone through, it kind of gives you a different perspective
