Partially visible files created in disk drives and folders..Are they viruses?How to delete them?

It looks so awkward..There were only 2 files and now there are 3 more files which are partially visible..Scanner doesn't show them as viruses..they have extensions like .sys, .ini and recovery,boot...How do i delete them and bring back to normal? I have Windows 7 home basic..Are there any softwares to delete such files?
