Are these pregnancy symptons?

I've tested neg so far. I've been pregnant before and the symptoms were very clear, i know every pregnancy is different, but I'm stumped. It's only been 9 dpo, I've been having lower stomach sharp pains (similar to my last pregnancy), my are a little sensitive ( i may be paranoid) but last time they swelled up like a balloon, and I've been having frequent trips to the bathroom (and not to pee, sorry for the details) instead of the typical constipation. Last time all the typical symptoms came pretty early. Has anyone else had these happen? I know I should just keeping waiting for a BFP, but we all know how much fun it is waiting.
