Carrot cake without eggs!?

It may not come out the same, the reason why the recipe says oil because vegans don't eat by products, so er coming from cows is a by product. I mean it may come out most of the time but it may be made with these ingredients to provide structure for the cake since it doesn't contain eggs. I mean, you can always try it as there is no harm in it and sometimes things taste better with oil and some taste better with er so you can always experiment.
