Okay Diet? What are good leg and upper arms/body workouts?

I'm 13 years old and 90 pounds... I'm short though so I'm not exactly jiggle free... I have reached my BMR for the day and was wondering if I spent it wisely enough: a cinnamon raisin bagel (NO er), peanut er and apple sandwhich :), two mini cadbury eggs (one creme and one caramel), one dark chocolate Dove egg, one segment of a tootsie roll frooties thingy, a dannon fruit on the bottom cherry yogurt, and chicken soup/stew. Part II I was also wondering what some good exercises for arms and legs would be. I already do 25 pushups, and 75 reps total of things with 5 pound dumbbells. My arms are still jiggly! And for legs, I do 50 lunges (25 per leg). I hope someone can help me. I know I have posted these things a lot, but I still need help. =P
