Rate my baseball team?

I would trade for Derek Jeter and Alex Rodriguez for good combined hits and range in the field. Catcher should be Joe Mauer, he is just amazing. Get Carl Crawford and Curtis Granderson (speedy outfield) and possibly Roy Halladay or Jon Garland (consistent pitchers, but Halladay is better).
