OMG I just bought some potatoes from Schnucks and they were called Texas potatoes does anyone know how to make?

They were prepared and I bought them in the deli section does anyone out there work or have worked for Schnucks that knows the recipe they are FAB! p.s. looked on the Schnucks website and they were not on there
