Pimple help please!!?

a pimple JUST started coming on, on my uper lip. It's just a red swollen area right now, but it will soon be a pimple. how can i get it to disapear FAST because i'm going to a concert in two days, that includes a meet and greet and i will NOT meet the veronicas with this on my face! PLEASE help!?
